35 years of the Weimar Triangle: a trio for a strong Europe that is able to act

35 years ago, the foundation stone was laid in Weimar for a special partnership at the heart of Europe. Today, Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul and his French and Polish counterparts Jean-Noël Barrot and Radosław Sikorski are once again meeting at the birthplace of this Weimar Triangle.

Europe stands united – also against Russia's threat: Foreign Minister Wadephul at the EU Foreign Ministers meeting

Foreign Minister Wadephul is attending the informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers (Gymnich meeting) in Wicklow on 1 and 2 September. Other matters on the agenda include further support for Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, and ideas for the reform of the EU’s external action.
